We take 1-2 days to process your order then 2-3 days to deliver it to you. Total delivery time in Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days.

We do not deliver to all countries in the world. Our shipping service only covers certain countries and regions. Before placing an order, please check the list of available destinations on our website or contact us to verify if delivery is possible in your country.

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@berbere-du-desert.com and we will initiate an exchange or refund, see refund policy.

You can return items within 30 days, provided they are in their original packaging, with tags and no stains. See return and exchange procedure.
